The World Health Organization estimates that by 2011, one third of the world's population will have suffered through the H1N1 swine flu. Anyone who spends any time in public (school, work, supermarket, church or temple, movie theaters, public transportation - anywhere) is at risk of catching it, no matter what is done to prevent it.
So why not just assume you and/or your loved ones will catch the swine flu? By making that assumption, you can better prepare for when you or a loved one catches it. If you plan and prepare for the swine flu, it may mean an easier time with it, and a quicker recovery.
Here are some steps to take to plan and prepare in case your family comes down with the swine flu:
