You asked for it -- so I've put it together....

One of the most frequent questions I get from you, my site visitors, is how you can become a patient advocate.

Unfortunately, there are few organizations that hire advocates. There are a few, and I've listed them here.

But -- many of you ask about how to start your own advocacy business. In some cases you hope to handle medical navigation or doctor-patient communications. Others of you can handle billing coordination and organization.

But among you, you need advice for the business starting parts -- so that's what I've put together.

Give it a look. Start your own patient advocacy business. Provide feedback, please! What's helpful? What's missing?

Even best -- if you find success -- please let me know!
